I started experimenting in the kitchen a few weeks ago to try and come up with quick/easy recipes for breakfast! Yogurt is one of my kids favorite breakfast items and this savory granola adds such a nice crunch and flavor!
2 Packs of Quick Cooking Oats
1 Tbls. of Butter
3 Tbls. Cup Organic Coconut Almond Butter
1 Tbls. of Honey
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
On medium heat, cook oats in a skillet until they’re golden brown and remove from heat.
In the same skillet, melt the rest of the ingredients. Once all of the ingredients are simmering, stir in the cooked oats, remove from heat.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
