Everything But The Kitchen Sink Salad







Whether you like a fruity salad, one with a nice crunch, extra avocado or maybe some nuts, this salad has a little bit of everything in it and I swear I haven't met someone that doesn't love it! It's become one of my stable items that I bring with me when I'm heading to any type of gathering. It's so pretty, easy to put together and absolutely delicious!


Pro Tip: If you are taking this salad on the road with you, chop everything in the morning (or even the night before) and place all the items into separate zip lock baggies – it helps prevent everything from getting soggy and it makes it super easy to transport. When you get to your destination, I throw everything into the bowl, mix it together and sprinkle a little salt + pepper on top!


What you’ll need:

Romaine Lettuce – 3 heads

Purple Grapes – 1 Cups - Halved

Red Onion – 1/3 Cup

Cucumber – 2/3 Cup

Hard boiled Egg – 5 Large Eggs

Avocado – 1-2 Cubed

Candied Pecans – 1/2 Cup - Can be Reduced

Dried Cranberries – 1/3 Cups

Blue Cheese – 1/4 Cup

Salt

Pepper

Brianna’s Balsamic Vinegar

Add grilled chicken or salmon to make it even more hearty!
